Shipping:
We ship all custom orders via standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS – whichever is more cost effective depending on the size of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information for your reference. Note that shipping costs is nonrefundable.
Returns:
Because we customize each customer order, we can only offer a replacement or exchange on all custom items within 7 days of delivery. Your order is eligible for a replacement or exchange if there are defects in the material or you receive your order with an incorrect design.
