We keep it Simple! Submit your order details, we go to work on your design, send a digital copy to you, once approved your order is prepped, packaged, and shipped.

Order completion time?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we take extreme care when designing and processing your order. Completion times may vary based on the size of your order.
- Single item orders typically take 2-3 business days to process.
- Small batch orders typically take 3-5 business days to process.
- Larger orders can take up to 7-10 business days to process.

When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 days once shipped.

What is your return policy?
Because we customize each customer order, we can only offer a replacement or exchange on all custom items within 7 days of delivery. Your order is eligible for a replacement or exchange if there are defects in the material or you receive your order with an incorrect design.
